Shipping Costs
Free shipping to all countries listed above, starting from your first POPSTRAP. You incur no additional shipping costs whatsoever, regardless of order quantity.
Premium Express Shipping (optional)
At checkout, you have the option to add Premium Express Shipping for an additional 6.90 €. This gives you priority handling in the warehouse, dispatch 1–2 business days faster than standard shipping, and extended live tracking. Like standard shipping, Premium Express Shipping only becomes active from the estimated dispatch date indicated on the product page.

Pre-Order Note
For pre-order items, the delivery time stated above begins only from the estimated dispatch date indicated on the product page (currently late June / early July 2026).
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. For DHL deliveries, you can view the live status directly via DHL shipment tracking. For deliveries to the USA, the tracking information of our respective shipping partner will be included.
If you can't find your shipping confirmation, please first check your spam folder, and otherwise contact us at help@getpopstraps.shop.
Customs and Import Duties (Switzerland and USA only)
For deliveries to Switzerland and the USA, additional customs and import duties (value added tax, customs fees) may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly by the recipient to the authority or the shipping company.
No additional import duties apply to deliveries within the EU and to Germany.

Payment Processing
All payments are handled via SSL-encrypted connections. Your payment data is not stored by us, but processed directly by the respective payment service provider.
Due Date
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. For pre-order purchases, the amount is charged upon order confirmation.
Currency
All prices are displayed in euros (€). For deliveries outside the euro zone (Switzerland, USA, Sweden, Denmark), the amount is converted according to the daily exchange rate of your payment method.
